I'm sure you all know that Santa has a sweet tooth and a traditional candy found in Spanish households on Christmas Eve is the Turron - a nougat made from honey, sugar and egg whites. Here’s a great recipe to help you make the delicious treat www.lifestylefood.com.au

We'll be in Leeds in one minute!
by Correspondent Elf12/25/2012 1:17:59 AM
Most kids are in bed way before midnight waiting for Santa. Many leave mince pies and sherry (or milk) with carrots for the reindeer - so make sure you’re not reading this if you’re in the UK--you should be fast asleep!
by Mrs. Claus12/25/2012 1:19:33 AM
Wales is up next. I'm gonna ask Santa if we can stop in to see the prince and congratulate him on his upcoming grandkid.

Frankie, got room for two more?

Is it true that Santa won't come to houses if the kids are still up? I tried telling my little ones but they wanted to hear it from someone in the know...
by Mary edited by Mrs. Claus12/25/2012 1:22:23 AM
Hi Mary! It's true. Santa would tell you himself but he's busy delivering gifts to sleeping kiddies!
by Correspondent Elf12/25/2012 1:22:25 AM
That is true, Mary! Despite being a jolly fellow, Santa's actually very shy and needs children to be fast asleep before he drops their gifts off.

when is santa gonna be in toronto
by garrick12/25/2012 1:23:20 AM
Santa should be in the Big Smoke in a few hours...but only if he gets done in England first!
by Mrs. Claus12/25/2012 1:23:22 AM
We're on our way to London, England!
by Correspondent Elf12/25/2012 1:24:20 AM
What are your elf,s names?
by Henry Hewitt via email edited by Correspondent Elf12/25/2012 1:24:26 AM
I have so many elves that it would take too long to name them all!

Santa loves stopping in London because this time of year the city transforms into a winter wonderland. Check out this beautiful video of Hyde Park in London, which has the UK’s largest skating rink.
by Mrs. Claus12/25/2012 1:25:22 AM
If I had time, I'd stop and skate a few laps...but the show must go on and the presents must get delivered!
by Santa Claus12/25/2012 1:26:21 AM
We just had a jack-in-the-box fall out of the bag and spring open in the sleigh. Man, are those things terrifying, or what?!

Edinburgh, Scotland, here we come!

My kids dont wanna go to bed, they wanna play on the computer and I told them SSanta wont come if they arent in bed fast asleep and they keep saying what about mom and dad. And they also wanna know how does Santa get in the house if we dont have a fireplace.
by mom of 612/25/2012 1:32:22 AM
It's true that Santa needs all children to be in bed before he can drop off the presents. And sometimes he needs help getting in without a fireplace, which is why mom and dad need to stay up just a bit longer than the kids :)
by Mrs. Claus12/25/2012 1:32:31 AM
We'll be delivering gifts to Belfast, Northern Ireland in 2 minutes.

Oh, Ireland has some wonderful Christmas traditions!
by Mrs. Claus12/25/2012 1:34:20 AM
Did you know? It’s considered bad luck to take decorations down before January 6th (known as “Little Christmas”) in Ireland?
by Correspondent Elf12/25/2012 1:34:23 AM
Thank you Mrs. Claus..:) Merry Christmas.
by mom of 612/25/2012 1:34:35 AM
Merry Christmas to you too, dear!
by Mrs. Claus12/25/2012 1:34:36 AM
Sunny here! Sorry I have been away. I dropped my thermometer and was trying to find it on the bottom of the sleigh! I found it and Correspondence Elf's gum! Belfast temperature is 5C with a little rain! :)
by Jen Narramorevia mobile12/25/2012 1:34:53 AM
I think our friend who lives in the Scottish castle tried to sneak a peek of Santa-- but he was too fast for him!
by Mrs. Claus12/25/2012 1:36:41 AM
Good thing I packed my umbrella or this rain in Belfast might put a damper on my night!

by William12/25/2012 1:47:15 AM
I make sure Santa's well rested before he leaves on the sleigh!
by Mrs. Claus12/25/2012 1:47:16 AM
Santa took a little too long at the cookie dish at that last house! We gotta get moving! We're on a tight schedule!
